Other notes: * This system has been upgraded from intrepid --> jaunty --> karmic, the vpnc configuration was originally written / set in intrepid and vpnc only broke on update to karmic. * I tried apt-get install --reinstall vpnc network-manager-vpnc after the karmic upgrade, no improvement
* This is a *SESSION* level problem. After I could not connect, I logged out, went to a console where I "sudo service gdm restart" and logged in again. At this point, I could connect successfully. The subsequent attachment has an updated copy of syslog with this new data. -- vpnc will only connect successfully on first try per session https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/475814 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
