  primarily because of this. My suggested fix is to stop using monochrome
  icons altogether because the user is very likely to use application that
  doesn't have such an icon. If there's a way to make all monochrome icons
  appear on the right end and all colored icons appear on the left, that's
  going to be great. However, that may be difficult to implement.
