This isn't a bug in Ubuntu, but rather a problem with the server that
hosts this service. The Ubuntu Website Team doesn't maintain this
server, but rather the Ubuntu sysadmins. I'll report the issue to their
issue tracker and will post back here once I get a link to follow the
issue.
