Binary package hint: udev
When attempting to report a bug via ubuntu-bug, if the information
upload fails for any reason, there is no option to retry the upload --
the user would have to start the process over again.

Expected: some kind of "your upload failed. Retry?" dialog
Happened: effectively, "sucks to be you. Not only do you have a bug, but I
can't upload it."
