Well, I've found the solution for my PC. After shooting in the dark for
I while, I've found out that halt scripts symlink wasn't in any rc*.d.
I've used BUM (boot-up manager) to set them to be run on start up, or
loaded (please translate what I'm explaining because my knoledge is
quite ... low).

To sum up. I've "marked" the halt script in BUM and now my pc shuts down
as before.

The thing is: upgrading from Jaunty to Karmik I lost the capability to
shut down and after that upgrade, the only "serious thing" I did was
upgrading tu grub2. So, I think I haven't done any thing to remove de
rc*.d symlinks.
