Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gedit

I use gEdit to edit files located on remote servers, via SSH.
Whenever I load a file, the open dialog starts from my home directory, and
every time I have to write the entire URL to the server
(ssh://212.56.x.x/foo/bar).
It would be great if gEdit would remember the last remote URL I browsed (I
think it has the correct behavior when opening/saving local files), so the
remote directory I'm working on would show automatically in the open/save
dialogs.

I'm using gEdit 2.17.5 on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn, updated every day.

Hope you have understood my _very_ bad English :)

Cheers,
Stephane
