Hi, I'm the maintainer of yum in Debian.
We are using this version of yum in production to bootstrap CentOS from a Lenny dom0. It does work pretty well. When you say "installing it doesn't work any better than installing the one in the repositories", I don't understand what repository you are talking about here. Please be more specific, I don't understand either when you say "the one in the repositories requests a model that exists, yet insists it is not installed, and the latest version asks for module yum". Thomas -- Yum does not work, and it is out of date anyways https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/228053 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
