Hi, These type of bugs are extremely hard to track down without more information. I have a couple of further questions.
1. You say the installation process hangs at boot time. Do you mean here that the liveCD fails to boot to the desktop? Alternatively, does the liveCD boot to the desktop, but only fail when the installer icon is clicked? 2. Are the Squashfs error messages always reproducible? Have you tried to install more than once? If so, have you got the Squashfs error messages every time you have tried to install?
