"It is fixed" to me means that all my thin clients in my test environment can boot (HP t5125, Asus Eee 900, HP Mini 2133, Intel Atom/ION and Acer TM 6592 (ATI)) can boot via pxe. I can't say why your experience is so different.
What kind of thin client you are using - when you try to boot it via pxe - your thin client never boots?
