Issue continues. Re-installed from scratch and no change. PC will not boot properly from a shutdown or reset command. Will boot properly if Log-Off/Log-in after getting applet failure notices Can suspend PC after Log-Offf/Log-In fixes applets, restarting after suspend all OK Tried adding an application to the bar to see if that would change behavior - no impact. Tried forcing user logon - no impact
