Yes this is reproducible. Using Localhost:8888 on either the local machine or IPAddress:8888 on a remote machine I only get 3 images before I am left with the last image taken unless I restart the Hosting computer.
Through testing I have found if I turn off the Webcam Service and turn it on one minute later i will get the next 3 images but this one works a few times. After a few times even if the service is turned off I only get the last image taken. Using the Webcam.html and Cron jobs I attempted to turn the service off every 4 minutes and leaving it off for a whole minute but that only works for a little while also.
