No, gtk-qt-engine is not installed. However I had used it before it was
replaced by kcm-gtk. It seems it is completely purged from my system
now.

But you are right! "startkde" script removes my file (lines 189-218).
It's owned by kdebase-workspace-bin - apparently it's not kcm-gtk bug.
