I see the information is here after all.  I hope it's of some use to
someone.  The dialog that prompts the user to report the
bug/error/crash/whatever it said implies that the whole process will be
automatic; when it turns out that you need to create an account to
submit the report, if you actually go through with it, you just get a
blank form with no indication that there is also hidden information
attached to it, and I concluded that something was broken.

The error appeared while I was trying to see if Gimp would correctly
detect my tablet device (Wacom integrated display/tablet with stylus,
part of the Toshiba Satellite R10).  It didn't.
