I can complete my clamav installation by removing the /etc/passwd.lock and /etc/shadow.lock files. It seems these files was leaved in my filesystem on a crash several days ago.
Before removing these lock file, I check that no daemon still had them openned with lsof. Since lsof return nothing, I remove the lock file. Hope this info help others who had the problem.
