Public bug reported:
Plug second monitor. Configure second screen via nvidia-settings. Then
unplug second monitor, lunch nvidia-settings, push "Detect" button in
order to remove the second monitor and then apply settings. Аfter such
manipulations KDE desktop visually breaks, but works. Something you can
see, but all in mixed. To solve this problem I have to logout and login
again.
