Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
a very nice way to switch desktops is to use the extra Mouse Buttons (e.g. Mouse button 4 to switch to the desktop on the left, and 5 to Switch over to the Desktop on the right). This is very handy as you don't have to take your hand off the mouse to switch to the next desktop. The configuration interface only allows keyboard shortcuts. Why not allow Mouse Buttons to be taken ? at least all except button 1, 2 and 3.
