Uhm am I now blind or you ;)
I didn't reverted anything. I only moved down the
`. ${libdir}/grub/grub-mkconfig_lib' to below the option parsing.
The comment above there says for make_system_path_relative_to_its_root()
and that is still used after it got included.
AFAICS nothing above the line where it's now uses anything from it.
I thought this would be better then surrounding it with a 
`if [ $1 != "--help"]'
