File Roller is a crap! Sorry for harsh words but be honest. Waiting for a 160MB archive to show up takes on my PC about 30secs (old P4, 2.0 GHz)... Total Commander in WinXP shows the main dir in 0.1s... Aren't there any replacements for this app?
