Public bug reported: Binary package hint: festival
There is a bug in lib/hts.scm file. It is shown here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=751169 and here: http://lists.berlios.de/pipermail/festlang-talk/2007-September/000516.html This bug may affect the quality of the synthesised speech if the voice is hts-type. I attach a patch file that should be placed at debian/patches, so quilt can apply it.
