Binary package hint: amarok
Sometimes, trying to play audio files in Amarok fail and an error message
displayed:
"The audio playback device HDA Intel (ALC888 Analog) does not work. Failing
back to HDA Intel (ALC888 Digital)."
Sometimes it displays an error message "... Failing back to ."
After the message appears, sound stops working globally. SMPlayer,
Dragon, Kaffeine, Gwenview.
I am using Kubuntu 9.10 with latest updates applied to date 14.11.2009.
