Changing the manual search server details fails. I've managed to fix this bug by referring to a bug report submitted to Debians's bug tracker (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=527216) using the supplied patch. The patch requires that the manual search host be changed from 'www.gnudb.org' to 'gnudb.org', but it restores proper functionality.
