Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

when viewing files online for some reason firefox freezes and will not allow me 
to use my mouse or keyboard.  This started when i upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10 
The machine i am using only has Linux Ubuntu installed and all updates that are 
provided by the Ubuntu Team.
