resolved in a very strange ways. I'm connecting to internet with and usb "internet key" (3G HSDPA) with a propietary application. If i try to connect through ubuntu-one client nothing happens. If I turn on my router (not really connected to internet, just turned on) and network manager "feels" it, and then i connect to internet with my internet key... ubuntu-one client does work!
