The deprecation warnings have been fixed in the Karmic version of
hellanzb. They're most certainly not responsible for the download
problems the bug reporter experienced, but sound alot like the one
described in bug #481148. HellaNZB stops working when postprocessing of
a download starts that contains an NZB with exactly the same name as the
actual download. The bug has already been fixed in Debian.
