There's been a lot of updates/patches for Ubuntu since my last post so I decided to create a new debug log in the event newer updates might effect this bug. I installed all the dpg related packages for pulseaudio in case it might help. This time around I tested Rhythmbox, Banshee and Songbird. With all the changes I mentioned this new log should have more relevant information then the last log in spite of the fact it's smaller in size.
