Still have same issue with Acrobat 9.2 Here's my /etc/fstab line used for mounting my windows partition (where acrobat can't save):
UUID=AA840CBC840C8D4F /media/win ntfs-3g defaults,locale=en_US.UTF-8 0 1 There doesn't seem to be a gui front-end for fstab, so I don't know if my fstab line is exactly perfect and proper.
