I also found something interesting as well while transcoding.  Say your
rip stops at 72.34%.  When you transcode, it will complete a pass at
100% plus the delta missing from the rip.  In other words
(100-72.34)+100=127.66% which it the completion time for transcode on a
single pass.  This is more or less looking like a logic issue in
dvd::rip rather than a rip/transcode flaw.
