chris, Once network-manager reports it's connected to the network but you are unable to connect to hosts on the Internet, can you ping the default gateway? Is there even one set?
Once the connection is established, you can find out by running the 'ip route' command in a terminal. Please run this command and post the output here if possible. You should also try to ping the default gateway (which is the IP that will be specified in 'default via' in the output of 'ip route'. Thanks. -- no internet connection even wired https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/470346 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
