Binary package hint: rubber
Bibtopic package is not supported in rubber. Bibtopic is a package to
use multiple bibliographies, with different files and resulting sections
in the final document. It requires bibtex to be called on two different
aux files instead of the typical main aux file with the same name of the
tex document. For this reason, rubber fails when calling bibtex as
usual.
