Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: usplash

Debugging this bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/upstart/+bug/489327
I can see a message, photo attached.
"usplash:6045 freeing invalid memtype ffffffffd0000000-ffffffffd1000000

I don't now if it is a reason of my problem, but it i definitely a bug.

I opened a new bug, because other such bugs were about "freeing invalid
memtype" at the booting process.

At last, a small bug in the documentation in the bug report form in Launchpad.
There are asked to include these files:
...
2) cat /boot/grub/menu.lst > menu.lst
...
but sometimes this should be replaced by
2') cat /boot/grub/grub.cfg > grub.cfg
