I'm noticing this problem too. Mine is also the Intel 965GM Chipset on a Dell XPS M1330. I can't watch any HD videos on Youtube, Vimeo, or Totem. This was fixed up until the final release. It wasn't doing this in Alpha/Beta/RC.
