Same problem here and I was effected by the problems with Intel video drivers in the previous release, and now this. What's strange is that it was working fine in the 9.10 Alpha, Beta, and Release Candidate. It wasn't until the Release that it started doing this again. It's extremely frustrating because I can't watch any HD content at all, anywhere. Vimeo, YouTube, Hulu, Totem, Xine, etc. Xine is probably the most watchable, but it's playing with very low framerate.
