I have since been able to work around this issue without having to move to the development lucid lynx distro. Instead, I found a 2.6.32 kernel build in this ppa repository for karmic: https://launchpad.net/~apw/+archive/green
I added this ppa to my sources list and apt-get installed linux-image. Since upgrading the kernel, I no longer get this corrupted low memory error and my laptop appears to be stable again. -- "Corrupted low memory at" kernel warning on resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/324894 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
