Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

Whenever a program in Xfce4-panel's system tray has a notification
bubble pop up, it's in the wrong place (much further down and to the
right of the system tray. The "X" on the bubble seems to be off-screen
so the notification bubble cannot be closed manually -- it must close on
its own after time. Also, if the mouse attempts to hover over the
notification bubble, it disappears.
