Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

Xubuntu 9.10
ja...@james-allen-adams:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 9.10
Release:        9.10
ja...@james-allen-adams:~$ apt-cache policy packagename
W: Unable to locate package packagename

Latest example;

I had numerous windows open, and was copying and pasting from firefox to
tomboy notes. The hd started churning really hard, then firefox crashed.
After the crash my menus were missing from the upper panel bar, and
everything else had moved left. I managed to restore the menus to the
panel bar, but now they are on the right instead of the left. I am using
a PII 450x100 with 300+mb ram, a 10005 mb hd, nvidia geforce2 mx4000
video card with 128mb ram.
