If it happens next time, try to press once the [FN] + [activate WLAN] shortcut when the system is properly running and restart the system.
I fixed it always after a couple of restarts... I guess, that these shortcuts are working properly and i just deactivated it by mistake (My cat loves wandering over the keyboard..) -- Post 9.10 install/upgrade.
