sound dies on my laptop while I'm listening to rhythmbox or a youtube video using firefox. I reboot the application and then I get sound again. I am using karmic. I only noticed this in the past few weeks. I first installed karmic alpha 6 version and never had an issue with it until a few weeks ago. I am experiencing the same issue on my desktop.
