Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has updated their package to comply with python 2.6 so can be
synced.
Changelog since current lucid version 2.4.0-5ubuntu1:
rdflib (2.4.2-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release.

+ Tweaking install targets to avoid problems building the
