This is even worse than I thought. For example, create a small solver problem in a new gnumeric file. Check that it works. Now save the file and re-open in gnumeric. The constraints are gone from the UI!. If you gunzip the gnumeric file and look at the xml, you can see the constraint definitions in the XML but they don't load in the constraints UI.
