Sorry about posting in ubuntu-translation. I followed: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingACPI but I can't attach proc/acpi because directory doesn't exist - I can't boot with acpi. I checked all remaining boot options, like "pic=noacpi" or "noapic", etc. but it doesn't solve the problem.
