Ubuntu 9.10
16" Dell Monitor is recognized briefly after a clean install and the
initial reboot after updates have been installed, but reverts back to
"Unknown Status" and 800 x 600 max resolution after adding a user and
restarting: no other changes were made, as I've been reinstalling this
OS numerous times trying to figure out how to fix this bug.
