Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Hello, I know my bug is a strange bug, but it's a bug :>

In fact : I have the practice to "Préférences" menu is at the top, and
"Administration" in 2de position of System menu.

But ... With the deleting of gnome-control-center in Feisty Fawn, it's
the opposite thing, Administration is in first position, and
"Préférences" in second.

The bug is : It's disturb me because I haven't got the practice ... I'm
a long time user of GNOME/Ubuntu, and always I want to go in System
menu, I am mistaken :)

Ok, it's simple to do this manually, but why it's like this in Feisty ?
Why do they changing this ?
