Hmm, the sync-mouse code is obviously bugged... The simple solution is: - Turn off sync mouse in eZoom - Turn on "mouse panning" - Turn on "draw scaled mouse"
Now you'll have a far better mode of operation, but you'll have TWO mouse pointers. eZoom _can_ hide it for you with 'hide original cursor', but due to a X Fixes bug, you will then experience an invisible cursor from time to time (firefox loading comes to mind). There's no fix for that, and that's the main reason the horrible "sync mouse" approach is still used by default. Try the above as a workaround, meanwhile someone really should fix eZoom sync mouse stuff ... or X Fixes....
