Public bug reported: karmic seems to be making poor use of my CPU. (or top and powertop are giving odd numbers). CPU is atom with hyperthreading.
while doing upgrade (and dkms was building the openafsmodule) i checked powertop and top. and was surprised to see the the CPU spending half its time at 50% clock speed. CPU is reported to be about 50% busy, but task only add up to about 30%. disk wait is very low less than 1% surely CPU should be at max, and cc should be taking up 100% of one of the hyperthreads.
