  When logging in to the default gnome session the display freezes. Keyboard 
doesn't work. SSHd still available.
  It seems to be connected to the usage of compiz. If I disable visual effects 
I can login but the same freeze occurs as soon as I switch desktops.
  Failsafe mode works fine..
