Happened again at 2:53 Dec 17. Same scenario (different site, but same software). Was not in full screen this time. Still nothing indicated in log files (hard reset again).
At this point I suspect this is graphics or flash related. Would like to know how I could get some information on what precisely my laptop was trying to do when it locked up.
