Public bug reported:

It's something that occurs randomly. Many times when i click over a window, the
focus goes to the window behind it. It's specially annoying when you have two
maximized windows, and wanting to close the window in the front, you close the
window behind it.
Trying to resolve it, I've changed the values of "current" and "default" of

/desktop/gnome/applications/window_manager/

from "/usr/bin/compiz"
to "/usr/bin/metacity"

But that didn't solve anything.
