Public bug reported:
When I start ubuntu after windows had been used, often a command-line
login is prompted for 60 seconds. Then the graphical startup continues,
bus when start-up is complete, I cannot connect to the internet (network
device seems broken). After reboot, the issues do not re-appear (as long
as windows isn't used).
I dual boot Windows Vista enterprise and Ubuntu 9.10 on a DELL vostro
1000 notebook. With Ubuntu 9.04, I didn't have this problem.
