I have the same problem, with file-roller i can't unzip files with accents or other 'diferent' characters.when i extract them to my external hd which is ntfs-formated. I have no problems when i extract the file to a ext4 partition. The files are originaly made in windows. So i would consider this as a bug. Any suggestions for work-arounds?
