I can confirm that this bug also affects the Acer Aspire 1810TZ.
Using a modified bugfix solves the problem for me:
Add /lib/udev/keymaps/acer-aspire_1810tz:
0xD9 bluetooth # (toggle) on-to-off
Add the following line in /lib/udev/rules.d/95-keymap.rules:
ENV{DMI_VENDOR}=="Acer*", ATTR{[dmi/id]product_name}=="Aspire 1810TZ",
RUN+="keymap $name acer-aspire_1810tz"
